Prize draw - Conditions of participation

These conditions of participation regulate participation in the prize draw “[Paul Green X Carina Pranz Giveaway]” contest hosted by Paul Green GmbH, Haag 10, 5163 Mattsee, Austria (hereinafter referred to as “Paul Green”), as well as the collection and use of data collected from or provided by participants. 

The giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram or Meta. Paul Green is the sole contact and responsible party.

By participating the giveaway, participants accept these terms and conditions.

You can enter the giveaway via the Instagram pages of Paul Green (@paul_green) and Carina Pranz (@carinapranz).
Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.
Any person of legal age (16 years or older) residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland is eligible to participate. Employees of Paul Green GmbH and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in the creation or administration of the contest are excluded.
Multiple entries are permitted. Each comment that meets the terms and conditions will be counted as a separate entry.
Registration for the contest occurs automatically upon entry.

To participate, the entrant must, within the contest period:

1. follow the Instagram account @paul_green,
2. follow the Instagram account @carinapranz,
3. like the official contest post, and
4. comment on the official contest post.

Only individuals who meet all participation requirements will be entered into the drawing.

The giveaway begins on March 30, 2026, and ends on XX at 11:59 p.m. 

Winners will be determined after the contest has ended. 
Winners will be selected at random from among all participants using a random number generator.
Winners will be notified of their prizes promptly via Instagram message or, if visible in their profile, via email to the provided email address or by mail to the provided address, and will be asked to confirm their win and provide a shipping address.
The handover or shipment of the prizes will be coordinated individually with the participants.
If the winner does not respond within seven days or has provided incorrect information, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Cash payment of the prize, payment in kind, exchange of the prize, or transfer to other persons is not permitted. Winners may decline the prize.
If a winner is unable to claim the prize, it will be re-awarded at random by lottery among the other participants.

• 1 x 2 tickets to the Paul Green x Carina Pranz Launch Event on April 10, 2026, at Bondi Studios in Salzburg

Second prize:

X x 2 tickets to the Paul Green x Carina Pranz launch event on April 10, 2026, at Bondi Studios in Salzburg

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize.

Paul Green is liable only for damages caused by Paul Green or one of its agents through willful misconduct, gross negligence, or a breach of material obligations.

In all other respects, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

To participate in the contest, participants’ personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary for the conduct and administration of the contest.

Processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting the contest and processing prizes based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

In the event of a win, the data provided by the winners will be processed exclusively for the purpose of contacting them, delivering the prize, and, where applicable, fulfilling legal obligations. Data will only be disclosed to the extent necessary for shipping the prize or due to legal obligations.

Providing personal data is required for participation. Without this data, participation or prize fulfillment is not possible.

Winners’ data will only be stored for as long as necessary to conduct the contest and to fulfill legal retention obligations.

Data subjects have the legal rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

In addition to these conditions of participation, Instagram’s terms of use apply. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram or Meta. The recipient of the information provided by participants is not Instagram or Meta, but exclusively Paul Green.

All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the contest should be directed exclusively to Paul Green and not to Instagram or Meta.

Any cash pay-outs and legal recourse are excluded.
Only Austrian law shall apply, excluding international conflict of law rules.
If any of these provisions are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
